At Fosi Audio, we always strive for the highest customer satisfaction. For products purchased on the Fosi Audio Official Stores, if you are dissatisfied with the product or if it has any defects, you can request a return or refund.

The 30-day period starts from the day you receive the item; for any reason whatsoever, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund. Once the returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Important Note: We only cover return shipping costs for quality-related issues. If a customer has made more than five (5) return requests, any subsequent return requests will require the customer to cover the return shipping costs. Additionally, a handling and restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.

This policy is designed to promote fair use of our return program and maintain a high standard of service for all customers.

We cover return shipping costs in the following situations:

Defective parts
Damaged equipment
Incorrectly shipped items

Please note: For products purchased through local authorized retailers or physical stores, our 30-Day Free Return program does not apply. If you need assistance, please contact the original point of purchase. All post-purchase services and fulfillment processes remain subject to the policies of the selling entity that completed your initial transaction.

How can I initiate a return or cancel?

Please contact Fosi Audio customer support to initiate the return. Explain the reason for the return and provide the invoice or screen capture to confirm the order number.

To expedite the refund process, make sure to send the return notification to Fosi Audio customer support with the following information:

tracking number
shipping receipt (If shipping fee refund needed)
PayPal account (If a shipping fee refund needed)

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of order placement.

Cancellations After 24 Hours.
For cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after order placement, the refund will be processed after deducting actual round-trip shipping costs, including both outbound and return shipping fees.

How long will it take to receive the refund?

Once the returned items reach our warehouse, we will promptly process the refund. The refund will be made using the same method as your original payment. The processing time usually takes 3-5 business days.

Return Warehouse Locations

To ensure smooth and efficient processing, Fosi Audio provides regional return warehouses in the United States and across the European Union. Customers in these areas can return their products to a local facility for faster handling.

For customers outside of the U.S. and EU, returns are typically directed to our central warehouse in China. Detailed return instructions, including the correct return address, will be provided once your request is approved.
