At Fosi Audio, we always strive for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the product or if it has any defects, you can request a return or refund.
The 30-day period starts from the day you receive the item, for any reason whatsoever, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund. Once the returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated.
Items must be in their original packaging. For non-quality related return requests, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be rejected.
We cover return shipping costs for the following situations:
- Defective parts.
- Damaged equipment.
- Incorrectly shipped items.
