Introducing CA30: HiFi Sound, Now on the Road

Launching on February 9, the CA30 will mark our first step into the world of car amplifiers. CA30 is designed to bring HiFi-grade tuning, compact design, and efficient performance into the automotive space. With CA30, we aim to deliver clean, powerful sound on the road—without unnecessary complexity—because we believe great sound should travel with you.

HiFi Sound, Engineered for the Road

From the very beginning, we chose not to chase power numbers alone. Instead, we designed CA30 with sound quality as the foundation. Through careful circuit design and component selection, we focused on reducing noise, lowering distortion, and preserving musical detail.

With a remaining noise level of ≤200 μV, THD as low as 0.008%, and a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 100 dB, CA30 is built to deliver clear, controlled sound that exceeds expectations for a compact car amplifier. Fine details remain intact, background noise is minimized, and music retains its natural dynamics—even at higher listening levels.

At the heart of CA30 is the Infineon IR4322 Class-D amplifier chipset, which we selected for its stability, efficiency, and consistent sonic performance. This allows CA30 to achieve up to 88% efficiency, delivering strong output while keeping heat generation low—an essential requirement in automotive environments.

Compact Size, Giant Sound

Modern vehicles leave little room for bulky audio hardware, so we designed CA30 to fit effortlessly into tight installation spaces. Measuring just 18.6 × 10.1 × 4.4 cm (7.3 × 3.9 × 1.7 inches), it can be installed under a seat or inside a glove box.

Despite its compact size, CA30 delivers serious power:

• 100 W × 4 @ 4 Ω

• 160 W × 4 @ 2 Ω

• 320 W × 2 @ 4 Ω (bridged)

This output allows CA30 to drive 2–8 Ω mid/high-frequency speakers and 4 Ω subwoofers (bridged), making it suitable for everything from factory system upgrades to more performance-focused builds.

Flexible Crossover Control

To make system tuning straightforward, we integrated adjustable crossover controls directly into CA30:

• Low-pass filter (LPF): 50 Hz – 250 Hz

• High-pass filter (HPF): 50 Hz – 250 Hz

• Full-range operation

These controls give users precise control over frequency distribution, helping speakers and subwoofers blend smoothly without the need for external processors.

Designed for Real Vehicles

CA30 is engineered for reliable, everyday use. With support for a 10–16 V operating range, it is compatible with 99% of vehicles, including both gasoline and electric models.

We also included practical features that matter in daily driving:

• REM input for synchronized power on/off with the head unit

• Delayed-mute circuit to eliminate turn-on and turn-off pops

• Wide input sensitivity (0.75–8 V) to support both factory and aftermarket head units

Clear indicator lights provide instant system feedback:

• Blue / Red: power and protection status

• Yellow: clipping indicator, illuminating when distortion approaches 1%

These features help protect both the amplifier and connected speakers, while simplifying setup and adjustment.

Efficient Cooling and Stable Performance

Efficiency and stability are critical in car audio. With up to 88% efficiency, CA30 minimizes power loss and heat buildup. Its aluminum-alloy chassis, combined with sculpted cooling grooves, enhances heat dissipation and supports stable operation over long listening sessions.

A damping coefficient of ≥140 (100 Hz @ 10 W) allows CA30 to maintain tight control over speaker movement, contributing to cleaner bass and improved overall clarity.
