For someone starting in this “Audiophile Hobby,” this is an option to experience Tube HP Amplifier with rich features. I’m not an expert by any means but this DAC/HP Amplifier suits my personal taste. I believe nobody will go wrong with this product.

Je suis impressionné puis très satisfait. Et avec le V3 stéréo.
Negatives: Installing the tubes was more trouble than expected. Also found the coax spdif input doesn’t accept higher sample rates. Toslink does. Didn’t try usb, yet.
Positives: nifty looking little package that pairs well with V3.
Sound: great center image, but not particularly wide or deep. Tube/dac has interesting sizzle in vocals. Somewhat warm overall. Doesn’t create a super precise sound field with lots of separation, but overall pleasant sound. Interesting product and worth the nominal price.
The packaging was well done and was received intact.
Tube installation was easier that the P3 😊
The warm sound stage, clarity and distribution is exquisite! Overall im satisfied with the product!

I don’t often write reviews because I find music highly subjective. That said I love my Fosi GR40. It immediately bring a warmth and depth to the sound stage to the typical digital aged music reproduction. I use both the optical and USB inputs and both come out sounding great! It’s also compact and cool looking on my desktop. Especially with the glow from the Tubes. A definite purchase for anybody in the DAC market!
