La verdad, los cables RCA de Fosi fueron otra sorpresa.
Los compré inicialmente para completar mi sistema con el ZA3 y el LC30, pero cuando los tuve en las manos me sorprendió muchísimo la calidad de construcción. Se sienten sólidos, los conectores ajustan muy bien y el cable en general transmite una sensación de calidad bastante superior a lo que esperaba por el precio.
Los he estado utilizando en diferentes partes de mi sistema y también los probé con equipos Yamaha, Onkyo y Rotel. Hasta ahora el resultado ha sido excelente: conexión firme, sin falsos contactos y, lo más importante para mí, sin ruidos ni interferencias.
De hecho, necesitaba un tramo más largo y terminé utilizando dos cables cortos de Fosi unidos con un buen cople RCA. Incluso así, el resultado ha sido perfecto.
En audio muchas veces nos podemos volver locos con los cables y gastar cantidades enormes buscando diferencias. En mi caso prefiero algo más sencillo: que estén bien construidos, hagan buen contacto, no metan ruido y simplemente dejen trabajar al sistema.
Y estos RCA hacen exactamente eso.
Después de probarlos, terminé comprando y utilizando varios en mi sistema. Para mí eso dice más que cualquier especificación: si algo funciona bien, lo sigo usando.

El LC30 fue uno de esos equipos que primero me entró por los ojos y después terminó convenciéndome por lo útil que es.
Lo tengo literalmente en medio de dos mundos.
Por un lado está mi sistema dedicado a música estéreo, con el Fosi ZA3 conectado a unas Monitor Audio RX6. Por el otro está mi sistema de cine en casa con Yamaha y Onkyo.
Y justamente ahí es donde el LC30 se volvió una pieza clave, porque me permite cambiar entre ambos sistemas de una manera muy sencilla, sin estar conectando y desconectando cables cada vez que quiero pasar de música en estéreo a cine en casa.
Antes de dejar la configuración definitiva también estuve probando el LC30 tanto con el Onkyo como con una etapa de potencia Rotel, y con los dos funcionó perfecto. No tuve problemas de ruido ni noté que afectara la calidad del sonido, algo que para mí era muy importante al meter un aparato de este tipo en medio del sistema.
Además, visualmente me encanta. Los VU meters tienen ese estilo clásico que siempre me ha gustado y ver las agujas trabajando mientras escuchas música le da un toque especial.
Ahora lo tengo haciendo pareja con el ZA3 y me encanta el conjunto. El ZA3 se encarga de la amplificación estéreo y el LC30 me da la posibilidad de integrar y controlar los diferentes equipos de mi sistema.
¿Es indispensable? Probablemente no.
¿Lo quitaría ahora que lo tengo? Definitivamente no.
Es de esas compras que empiezan porque te gusta el aparato y terminas descubriendo que realmente te resolvió algo que necesitabas.

La verdad, el ZA3 me ha sorprendido muchísimo.
Lo tengo integrado en mi sistema junto con el LC30 y conectado a unas Monitor Audio RX6. El ZA3 es el que se encarga de toda la parte estéreo y, sinceramente, no esperaba que un amplificador tan pequeño pudiera sonar así.
Tiene muy buena potencia, mueve las RX6 sin ningún problema y el sonido es limpio, con detalle y con muy buen control. Pero más allá de especificaciones, lo importante es que simplemente se disfruta. Me he encontrado volviendo a escuchar canciones que conozco perfectamente y descubriendo detalles que antes no me llamaban tanto la atención.
Y todavía lo tengo completamente de fábrica. Mi siguiente paso será ponerle los Sparkos, porque tengo mucha curiosidad por ver hasta dónde puede llegar.
Pero incluso sin ese upgrade, el ZA3 ya me parece increíble. Por tamaño, precio y, sobre todo, por cómo suena dentro de un sistema real, me ha dejado más que satisfecho.
Definitivamente es de esos aparatos que después de escucharlos te hacen preguntarte: ¿cómo puede salir tanto de algo tan pequeño?

Solid, with one quirk ...
Updated review .. I finally received the unit after waiting a month. I suspect this delay is not the fault of Fosi, but the way FedEx and USPS now interrelate in a changing world.
The unit is solid, works as expected. I'm using it to drive a 90's eera Bose subwoofer that is designed to take full range input (L,R). THis is not a proper "sub" but it augments my 12" Cerwin-Vegas well, as they have real subs, but don't deliver the "punch" ... so this little amp is now making the Bose my "kicker" for bass and low mids.
It runs cool at the levels I choose to listen at. I wish the huge ventilation slots were not on the top though. I have the unit in a spot designed for it prior to receiving it, sitting a couple inches to the side of a Fosi P4 preamp. Thing is, I have an "odds and ends" basket ... literally, a basket ... sitting on top of these and that's the way I designed my little shelf/rack. The basket holds cables, adapters, and odds and ends I want on hand, but don't want to see. So instead of letting the basket block the vent of the V3, I made a little standoff, so it can breathe. This is convenient as the height of the V3 is slightly less than the comparable unit, the P4, which it is set next to. Why am I telling you all this? Cuz I was assuming that the two units, being so very similar in size are actually not the same. Not a big deal, but don't design your physical layout before taking note of the dimensions!

One thing I like about it VERY MUCH is that it powers on with no interaction from me, as opposed to the P4 sitting next to it .. so no added button presses. I hate that I can't set the P4 to come on with the system power (power strip switch).
