Does DISC Nano support MagSafe wireless charging?
No. DISC Nano features a MagSafe-compatible magnetic design for mounting only. It does not support wireless charging. Charging is handled through the USB-C port.
How do I connect DISC Nano to Bluetooth headphones or speakers?
Play a CD, then press the Mode button to enter Bluetooth mode. Set your headphones or speaker to pairing mode and keep it close; DISC Nano will try to connect automatically. If it connects to another device, press and hold Mode to clear the pairing. DISC Nano sends audio to Bluetooth devices but cannot receive audio from a phone.
Can I connect DISC Nano to an external DAC?
Yes. DISC Nano features a 3.5mm headphone/optical combo output. Using a compatible 3.5mm optical (Mini-TOSLINK) cable, you can send digital CD audio to an external DAC with an optical input. The same jack also supports regular 3.5mm wired headphones.
What types of CDs does DISC Nano support?
DISC Nano supports standard audio CDs (CDDA), selected CD-R/CD-RW discs, and the CD layer of hybrid SACDs. CD-R/CD-RW compatibility may vary depending on the disc and recording conditions. Original pressed audio CDs are recommended for the most reliable playback.
Does DISC Nano support USB music playback or CD ripping?
No. The USB-C port on DISC Nano is for power and charging only. It does not support USB music playback, data transfer, or CD ripping. If you need USB playback or CD ripping, the Fosi Audio Merak CD Player supports both features.

I was looking for something different from the usual smartphone listening experience. The retro styling and dedicated-player concept make this an interesting addition to my everyday routine.
I've been collecting CDs for years, and it's nice to have a reason to pull them off the shelf again. Streaming is convenient, but there's something satisfying about choosing an album and listening to it from beginning to end. The DISC Nano's design makes the experience feel a little more special.
A compact setup is always a plus, especially in a bedroom or on a smaller desk. There's no need for a dedicated audio rack or tons of space. Just keep in mind that the open disc lid needs a little extra room.
Bluetooth is choppy. Other than that, I love it

If you happen to create a "DISC Nano CD 2," I have a request: when using a mini CD, it would be great if the central spindle could shift inward—much like the Sony design—so that the device could continue playing even while inside a pocket.In that case, it would also need to support MP3 playback.

What a great product from fosi! Easy to use and geat sounding built in dac. Wished power and out puts were on tje opposite side of the player so it could be on a stand without the wires sticking up but that's a nitpick. Great job fosi!
I LOVE the small footprint, optical out, and magnetic back- my CDs sound so much better on this device, BUT I can only comfortably play 3/4th of my CD collection- especially the vintage stuff like Pink Floyd, The Cars, The Pretenders, The J Geils band, to name a few. Maybe a firmware could make this work. Damn it! I really wanted this to work.
I hesitated prior to purchasing having doubts about performance. But throw on a disc that I listen to for 1,765,890 times my doubts disappeared. Anytime that a componet makes my ears dance I am a happy chappy. But besides the audio performance it looks so cool. Add on top of that a reliable and easily connected BT, this player is simply great and at a cost that is affordable. Thanks Fosi!
I can not get Bluetooth to Bose soundbar and IPods headphones, but the cd player is great
Good sound, novel idea with the disc sticking out. Kind of like a Sony-D88. The price is perfect for it. Could use a better battery, and metal housing. Sound quality is top notch.
The package arrived in good condition, and the contents were intact. Always a relief when an electronic device makes it through shipping without any issues.

The one I got doesn’t read cds at all.

The design has a lot of personality, and I really like the way the physical controls fit into the overall look. It feels like a product made for people who appreciate music hardware.
I think there might be a Bluetooth issue with mine. never connects to any of my Bluetooth speakers. works fine though, and gapless playback is a plus.

I like the form factor and the fact that the unit has balanced headphone outputs.
