How to: Choose the right banana plug?

Closed Screw Type. All Fosi amplifiers use standard-sized speaker terminals (4mm pins).
Easy to wire up and solidly connect to amplifier and passive speaker.
If they do not fit, use a little force to tighten the plugs.

How to Diagnose Power Supply Failure?

The following situations may cause this issue
Case 1: The LED on the power supply does not light up; Case 2: Amp/Preamp does not turn on; Case 3: When plugged into the Amp, both light on the amp & power supply start blinking; Case 4: Amp/Preamp make noise; Case 5: Sound shuts off by itself
Possible solution
Check if the power supply is illuminated when plugged into AC by itself.

Plug power supply into a different socket.

Test the adapter with a meter.

Try a different power supply (within a range of DC input).

Test the included power supply on other electrical equipment.

Quality product

I bought it twice on Amazon and both times received what seemed to be used products. I returned them both and ordered direct from Fosi and received a new one. I'm not sure it makes a difference in my system, but it stays nice and cool and is well built. If nothing else it should last longer than the standard power supplies and as a bonus you may save a few pennies a year.

Stabile ed affidabile

Da oltre un anno tengo costantemente collegato alla rete questo alimentatore connesso al mio piccolo amplificatore BT20APRO che uso in cucina con due casse Kef. Devo dire che non mi ha mai deluso. E' stabile, silenzioso e non si surriscalda. Ritengo affidabile al 100%

GAN power...

I didn't notice the power lead change when I ordered the power supply, so now I have the older one with a figure 8 plug and the new one that has the earthing point.

They both work very well and the power supplied is balanced.

Item received in good condition and as advertised. Customer Service also was a big help.

The power supply I ordered arrived in good condition and working order once I received it. Supply works exactly as advertised. This order got hung up in US Customs handoff to the Post Office and it appeared to be lost. However Fosi Customer Service got engaged and somehow spurred finding the package and getting it moving from Customs to the Post Office for delivery. Their help was greatly appreciated.
