Fosi Audio 3.5 mm to Dual RCA cable
The Fosi 3.5 mm to RCA adapter cable is being used to connect a Fosi Merak CD player via its line-out to a Telefunken 6040 all-analog vintage receiver with 40 W rms per channel. The cable build quality is excellent with gold-palter 3.5 mm and RCA connections. The sound was provided using a pair or Wharfedale refurbished Dovedale two-way speakers, circa 1968, with the massive 12" woofers and famous super 3 midrange/tweeter with huge magnet structures. The sound background was quiet. The resulting music playback is very musical with some finesse. The highs shimmer and tingle. Instruments have some separation and "air" around the sound stage. The brass has the desired bite and microdynamics. Miles Davies trumpet sounds like a trumpet, not shrill or squawky. Very enjoyable listen. This combination is not humbled by larger full-scale CD players. This does require mating to high quality electronics and stereo speakers.

The only other 3.5mm to dual RCA cable I have experience with did not sound as good or connect as well. Fosi cable seems to have better frequency high, mid and low. I do like this cable.
