Fosi Audio DC Power Filter Eliminates High-Frequency Noise

I bought 4 Fosi V3 Mono's with the 48V/10A Power Supplies to Bi-Amp my Wharfedale Denton 85's. I had read about "hum" issues with the power supplies, so when the DC Power Filters came out at $20 each, I bought 1 for each amp. While I hadn't had any problems, they seem to make the amps run with an (admittedly subjective) even quieter background. Definitely worth the $80 for me.

They have not shown up yet I’d love to test them

I was running my V3 monos with two 5 amp supplies till I received the power filter. I then used the splitter cable with the 10 amp supply with no problems. It didn’t seem right to have two mono amplifiers sharing one power supply. I ordered another 10 amp supply with another power filter. It came with a real short power cable and the original supply only came with the splitter cable. New longer cables were acquired and everything is working fine.

Excellent terrific effect...great value for the money
