I use these with all of my Fosi gear, it actually works. The noise level is noticeably lower when the volume level is cranked to max (with no music playing). I appreciate this inexpensive upgrade for the power supply

Periodically, I used to experience a light buzzing sound with my xduoo xd05 pro when using my linear power supply. I don’t have no clue why it emits but when I physically touch it with my finger, it goes away. Well I don’t have time for that. I bought this and no buzz whatsoever. In fact, it sounds clearer and much better. Not sure if it’s placebo but I don’t think so. Buy it!!!!

I use it with ZA3. I measured what effect this product has. The second photo is without it, the noise is 180mVpp. The first photo is with it, the noise went down to 80mVpp.
In my environment, I was able to reduce noise by more than half. I think this is a very cost-effective product.

It’s not a big investment and so I gave it a try. I’ll keep them. I bought two. For each device because I listen with two monos ZA3. Music coming from ZD3 with op amp Burson v7 vivid.

The filters brought detail and more depth and warmth, not an ee just my opinion

Good quality and an improvement in my chain.

It improved sound. Sound is more natural, high tones are not so bright any more. I use it with my zd3 dac.

I have purchased 7 of these EMI/RFI DC filters. They easily reduce noise by half. I use most on SMPS (10A 48V) that feed 300W+ class D amplifiers.

I bought one strictly based-on FOSI's reputation and because I own 7 other FOSI hardware.
I am not certain what this "DC Filter" exactly filters out and how much ("insertion loss" (I.L.) measurements):
(1)I.L. data under max/min specified voltages (12V/55V)?and max/50% (10A) loaded configurations across DC-10MHz?
(2)Voltage drop measurements?
(3)Why minimum 'DC IN' is >12Vdc, when you make audio hardware with 5Vdc inputs?

Hey, FOSI,
This owner (of over 7 of your products) thinks that it is a disservice what you are peddling here. This product as advertised is like saying pixie dust makes your audio system sound better. The least you can do, is affix some objective (insertion loss) performance data to the page so that we can actually say "Hey look, this thing will really provide -60dB[?] of insertion loss at 2kHz[?]!"
But I bought one anyways, because of nothing but your reputation, NOT because it's a performer at 10MHz[?]! Do I have to open its case to see build quality and schematic?

So far very content with my new streamer 😃 Have a few more cables to try ... Love the output choices available 😊🎶🎵

Fosi Audio DC Power Filter

This Power Filter gets the job done. And at this price point, it beats the hell out of dropping a small fortune on some massive isolation transformer that takes up half your rack.

There's a subtle improvement. There seems to be a pleasant smoothing of the treble and a bit more definition in the bass. Generally, with DC power filters, the improvement isn't dramatic. In my opinion, it's worth it, especially for the price.

It might be placebo effect for some.. for me im using a power strip to plug in my audio gear.So i got this to help with any type of interference that might happen.For the price you can not beat it so for a piece of mind when the lights flicker or a power surge happens i have a 2 safety in place to help with that.

They Actually Do work as Advertised.
Depends on How Dirty your incoming Power Is and the Quality of the DC Power supply.
Here, in my system, Pretty Dirty in flow of Power. These Fosi Power Filters Work Well. Music is Now more Focused, Clean, noise floor Dropped Alot...

The filters came in exactly as I need them to. I mainly have them if my amplifiers start making noise again. At this point, they don't so these filters are spares to the two I already have. So far so good!

Buying directly to Fosi Audio is hassle-free and quick. Tracking the order is available and the package arrived on time and well packed.
The DC power fIlter functions properly and it sensibly improved my tube amp performance, especially on trebles and soundstage.
I thought it will have a smaller print, but the quality construction is top notch, however it does not occupy much space.
I certainly will buy more Fosi Audio products in the near future.

Used this on a Douk A5 with 32V power supply. There was some low level high pitched noise coming through my speakers with the amp at maximum gain, this filter cleaned it up completely.

I have several Fosi amps and they are all nice and quiet as-is, so Fosi’s supplies must be better.

I still get tons of EMI/RFI interference from my Fosi amp.

These are often overlooked and are pretty good filters for low voltage audio equipment. The only knock I have against them is that the cable provided is not audio quality and actually causes bloating in the lower bass and a very noticeable rol loff on the higher end. Pair it with some after market options out there though and it really is a very cost effective solution that will improve the audio quality of low voltage DAC, Amps, etc.

Great, great product. The sound produced using the filter is clystal clear. An extra layer without using any power.
