My records never sounded so clean

First, kudos to the Fosi Audio team for their great technical support. I was sent the wrong power supply for it and they sent me the correct one at no extra cost.
Now onto the preamp itself. I have an AT-LP60X and I've always accepted the "record sound". I purchased the X5 from a recomendation. Hooked it up and tried a random record I have. Instantly I noticed a lot less background noise. This was even more prominent with cleaner masterings. Silent passages are less tainted by very faint noises which I have always accepted as the "record sound" people talk about. The benefits are less apparent with recordings containing more noises and distortion, but knowing there isn't anything added by the built-in preamp puts me at ease.

Me ha llegado muy bien, lo he conectado a mi plato Rega Planar II con cápsula Audio Note IQ1 y mis vinilos han vuelto a recobrar la vida perdida. El selector de volumen es un acierto total, porque se puede seleccionar al nivel óptimo. Gracias Fosi por este buen trabajo.

I have still not received my order after 20 days

I placed my order 20 days ago and paid extra for fast (3-7 day) shipping. The shipping status hasn’t changed in 15 days. I have reached out to Fosi multiple times and they still have not located my order. I have now requested twice that they resend my order and they have not done so. I could not be less happy. I would not recommend you order from them.
