- Innovative Cutting-Edge Technology: Fosi Audio has achieved a technological breakthrough through independent research and development by applying PFFB (Post-Filter Feedback) technology to the V3 Mono for the first time. This effectively overcomes the common load dependency issues of Class-D amplifiers, improving distortion and enhancing frequency response, thereby significantly enhancing sound quality and performance.
- Audiophile-Grade Components: The V3 Mono incorporates the high-end TPA3255 Class-D amp chip, paired with well-known components such as Japanese Nichicon filter capacitors, ELNA capacitors, German WIMA capacitors, and Japanese Sumida inductors, etc. Additionally, it features an upgraded four-layer PCB. This combination not only ensures high power output but also achieves a THD as low as 0.006%, a SINAD of 101dB, and an SNR of 123dB. As a result, the fidelity and quality of the audio are assured.
- Advanced Cooling: Utilizing Fosi Audio's pioneering full-body heat dissipation design, the TPA3255 amplifier chip is placed at the bottom and tightly integrated with the chassis, allowing heat to be effectively dissipated through the casing. Coupled with dual side ventilation holes that enhance internal airflow, this ensures the V3 Mono can deliver stable, high-power output over extended periods.

Opamps - I am using a pair of V3 mono amplifiers and am only using the RCA audio input, If I wanted to experiment with an alternative Opamps, am I able to only replace a single Opamp in each V3 mono, or do I need to change multiple Opamps per V3 mono amplifier?
Is the answer different if I was using the XLR balanced input?

Have a za3 but didn't need a volume knob or a sub out. "Upgraded" to these for my desktop near field 2 channel system. Using them with a Geshelli J2s 4499 with Sparkos 3602 op amps going to a Topping a70pro, then to these mono blocks. I can't hear a difference between them and the za3 using the same op amps, muses02. I am very satisfied with the auto on feature, there is no need for trigger in. They get a lot warmer than the za3, but that's expected with their size. I recommend these for desktop amps if you are tight on space or just don't want to spend a lot for mono blocks, since the next cheapest mono block is twice the price of two of these.

Perhaps one of the best sounding amp out of the box. I have listened to the amp with the stock opamps, driving my Focal 3way tower with ease. The sound stage is fantastic way better than the overpriced Cambridge Audio Azur 851W. I cannot help but to look at that little thing in owe. A beast in small factor. Way to go Fosi. Thanks for making affordable audiophile products. Any future buy fosi will be the place i shall look for. One thing missing is a network streamer supporting all file formats. Hopefully Fosi will listen as always.

The performance of the amp is excellent, I have two of them with two separate power supply. This when connected through XLR cable to a balanced DAC gives you impeccable performance. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to try out mono amps, rest assured there is very little compromise with these amps.

The price/performance ratio is great.
For the money, it’s hard to find anything better.
With a good preamp or streamer, it sounds excellent.

My kids purchased these without my knowledge, or advance research. We didn’t take delivery, as a result.
Nothing up or down to say about personal experience with the items, since we didn’t accept the mailer. Customer service pushback for the return was haha (they “offered the option” of my “gifting them to someone else,” instead of a return). Three stars only because they made return a bit of a hassle.
FYI there are several reviewers online, including several to whom Fosi sent the items for review, who stress tested of these monoblocks and they caught fire. For one reviewer, Fosi replaced the burned tester and the replacement burned, as well.
The reviewers stress tests were more than what my kids would likely do, but I don’t want them to make a mistake and burn the house down. When I brought up these concerns with Fosi, they suggested I put a fan on the monoblocks, while running. Maybe that would help, but do you want that sort of item for your kids? No mention of if an earlier production round issue which they corrected.
Reading up, Fosi seems to be an Innovative company making genuine headway with their products. Might revisit them later when they sort out the bugs.
