- Stereo Mode : Replacing the op amps for both left and right channels in stereo mode, regardless of RCA or XLR inputs, will notably enhance sound quality.
Mono Mode: Only replacing the op amps for the right channel. - XLR Input: Using XLR input mode allows for further sound quality enhancement by replacing the op amps for the XLR channel.
- Subwoofer Channel: If a subwoofer is connected, there's the option to replace the op amps responsible for the subwoofer channel.
Note: Carefully align the notch/the number '1' on the chip's cover with the 'O1' mark on the PCB.

I've been using a pair of these almost daily for about 2 months. I use them in mono mode, unbalanced with the gains around 80%. My speakers are 4-ohm dynaudio Audience 60s or the partsexpress solstice kit.
I was hesitant to be critical because of the low price point and previous dissatisfaction with higher priced amplifiers. However, there isn't much to lose if they turned out to be sub par. They just simply are not sub par. They are stout performers!
I started off with the 48v/5A power supplies, and got the itch to move to the 10A power supplies and the $20 power filters. I have been using those power supplies for about three weeks. There is a noticeable increase in performance and I would consider my overall satisfaction with the amplifiers increased about 10%.
I run them for 3-4 hours at above 50% output and they don't get hot. They can drive power hungry dynaudio towers surprisingly well. They are an ideal power match with the solstice tower speakers.
I finally figured out the 12v trigger situation. I use my WIIM streamer with trigger out to turn them on. Otherwise, turning both amps on and off by holding down the button is unnecessary manual labor.
Absolutely worth the money. A great place to start or stay in hifi amplification.

I purchased 2 of them to run them bridged mono into the ZD3 DAC, I am blown away at the power (Using the 48V power supplies) and also using the balanced connections makes a big difference in separation, clean sound, higher output ginal too from the DAC to the amps. I am using these on my older first gen ELAC Debut 6 and Very Very happy with the combo. Keep it up FOSI! :)

I'm quite satisfied with this amp. Delivering lot of power, with a reasonably clean sound. I had a lot of fun playing with op-amps also. The combination of ZD3-ZA3 (my setup) is a perfect match. As I wrote for ZD3, this is easily recommendable product.

My set consists of ZD3 and 2xZA3 as monoblocks powering Dali opticon6. PC with audirvana as sound source. Overally its jaw-dropping. Litterally I dont watch tv, stopped gaming. I just listen music every spare minute. Its amazing no matter how loud you go. First few days I was using one za3 as stereo amp, later I added second za3. I can tell great deal of difference when they work as monoblocks vs stereo, so better dont buy just one. For 20m3 salon in this config 36v power supply is enough.
