- Innovative Cutting-Edge Technology: Fosi Audio has achieved a technological breakthrough through independent research and development by applying PFFB (Post-Filter Feedback) technology to the V3 Mono for the first time. This effectively overcomes the common load dependency issues of Class-D amplifiers, improving distortion and enhancing frequency response, thereby significantly enhancing sound quality and performance.
- Audiophile-Grade Components: The V3 Mono incorporates the high-end TPA3255 Class-D amp chip, paired with well-known components such as Japanese Nichicon filter capacitors, ELNA capacitors, German WIMA capacitors, and Japanese Sumida inductors, etc. Additionally, it features an upgraded four-layer PCB. This combination not only ensures high power output but also achieves a THD as low as 0.006%, a SINAD of 101dB, and an SNR of 123dB. As a result, the fidelity and quality of the audio are assured.
- Advanced Cooling: Utilizing Fosi Audio's pioneering full-body heat dissipation design, the TPA3255 amplifier chip is placed at the bottom and tightly integrated with the chassis, allowing heat to be effectively dissipated through the casing. Opamps - I am using a pair of V3 mono amplifiers and am only using the RCA audio input, If I wanted to experiment with an alternative Opamps, am I able to only replace a single Opamp in each V3 mono, or do I need to change multiple Opamps per V3 mono amplifier?
Is the answer different if I was using the XLR balanced input?
Dear V3 mono owners,We are kindly to announce that the output polarity of V3 MONO has been revised since August 2.
For V3 MONO units purchased on or after August 2nd, 2024: The output polarity of V3 MONO has been revised. You can connect your speaker terminals normally without reversing the polarity.
For V3 MONO units purchased before August 2nd, 2024: Using two V3 Monos together won't cause any phase issues. However, if you integrate one V3 Mono with other equipment, please note that the phase might be inverted. To achieve optimal sound quality, please connect the speaker terminals reversely when connecting to your V3 MONO amplifier.
If you purchase the V3 Mono from the Fosi Audio website after August 2nd, 2024, it will be the updated version. For purchases from platforms like Amazon, eBay, or AliExpress, please contact our customer service to confirm which version you are receiving.We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and appreciate your patience as we worked diligently to rectify the problem.

The price/performance ratio is great.
For the money, it’s hard to find anything better.
With a good preamp or streamer, it sounds excellent.

My kids purchased these without my knowledge, or advance research. We didn’t take delivery, as a result.
Nothing up or down to say about personal experience with the items, since we didn’t accept the mailer. Customer service pushback for the return was haha (they “offered the option” of my “gifting them to someone else,” instead of a return). Three stars only because they made return a bit of a hassle.
FYI there are several reviewers online, including several to whom Fosi sent the items for review, who stress tested of these monoblocks and they caught fire. For one reviewer, Fosi replaced the burned tester and the replacement burned, as well.
The reviewers stress tests were more than what my kids would likely do, but I don’t want them to make a mistake and burn the house down. When I brought up these concerns with Fosi, they suggested I put a fan on the monoblocks, while running. Maybe that would help, but do you want that sort of item for your kids? No mention of if an earlier production round issue which they corrected.
Reading up, Fosi seems to be an Innovative company making genuine headway with their products. Might revisit them later when they sort out the bugs.

Buying site experience: Easy to buy, delivery times accomplished and great packaging.
2XFOSI AMP V3 Mono
Buy those to substitute the great FOSI ZA3 (but wich add some aggressiveness in top frequency range, probably due to the not so easy B&W 805S).
For now I'm blown away with the quality. Gained finess and lost that top end harshness (might be due to PFFB filtering from what I read before buying it).
Using 2X 48V 5A power source. They do not heat that much (I've read about that but I'm not experience it).
Had just some minor thing with one of the channels: sometimes it produced noise and no music out of the blue. I've recable the RCA and other cables and, for now, no more of that, so I believe it was due to some ground loop or bad connected RCA (I hope).
The auto-off, auto-on feature works just perfectly ;)

I must say, that i feel a little bit nervous because so many good reviews on the internet, that i can't belive thats true this level of quality at this price.
After testing them for 2 weeks, now i'm convinced that the good reviews are real. What a good product!!! Thanks a lot for developing it. The details on the music (even when i'm running the stock op amps), the soundstage, etc.
