We offer free worldwide shipping, except for certain regions such as Ukraine and Russia, where our services are currently unavailable. 2. Shipping Time & Methods
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within one business day.
For in-stock orders: Shipping is initiated within 1–2 business days.

If there is any shipping delay caused by inventory issue, we will notify our customer at the earliest opportunity.

3. Shipping Fees & Taxes
Remote Area Fees and Expedited Delivery: Deliveries to remote areas may incur additional fees and extended delivery times. And please note that shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Remote Countries with Special Shipping Rates:
For the following remote countries, the shipping fees are as follows:
Standard Shipping (15-30 Days): $25
Expedited Shipping (5-15 Days): $50
Remote Countries: Armenia, Cayman Islands, French Polynesia, Iceland, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Isle of Man, Zambia, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Madagascar, Réunion, U.S. Outlying Islands.
Taxes for European Union (EU) Countries:
For orders valued below €150, the final price displayed at checkout includes all applicable taxes. If you'd like to manage taxes yourself, you may request a refund for taxes paid through our platform.
For orders above €150, customers are responsible for managing and paying any applicable taxes.
Taxes for Other Countries:
The final price displayed for orders does not include local import duties or taxes. These fees may apply based on the destination country's regulations. We do not collect these taxes and accept no liability for them. For specific tax inquiries, we encourage customers to contact us directly.

4. Shipping Changes & Order Cancellations

After Shipping:
For quality-related issues: Customers are eligible for a full refund or product replacement.
